How wings stars work

Wings Star (Elite) raises your wings star value, capped at 5 stars in steps of 0.5. Each use has only a 33% chance to succeed, so a single +0.5 step takes 1 item if you are lucky and around 3 items at the average rate — that is the min–max range this tool shows. On top of the price you pay to buy each Star item, every use also burns 5,000 CP and 10,000,000,000 (10B) silver, win or lose.
